Kids will be kids. . .and so will adults.
There I was, sitting on my couch, checking email, when WHACK! Something hit me.
What was that? I wondered innocently.
WHACK, WHACK!
There it was again. . .and then I knew. Jessica F. had tagged me! Not only that, she’s been hiding out, so I guess you can say she’s been playing hide and seek as well as tag. LOL! Okay, Jessica, here are my eight simple facts. And now, let’s see how fast you can run. . .
Here are the Rules:
1. Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
2. Players who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
3. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
4. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read read your blog.
Okay, so here are my eight random facts:
I’ve always wanted to do something really daring, like skydiving. Or belly dancing.
In high school, I was a band geek. Actually, I was the queen of the band geeks because I was drum major.
I’m not afraid of the dark, but I am afraid of snakes, spiders, sharks, and really big dogs whose name is Cujo.
My favorite movie ever is The Princess Bride. Scratch that, it’s Ever After. No wait, it’s Diary of a Mad Black Woman. What was the question?
When I was eight, I wanted to go to Hollywood to be a movie actress. Or was that yesterday??
I’m staying up late writing this because my son is at his senior prom and even though he is eighteen, a mom never stops worrying.
I hate ironing. Literally. If I could, I’d avoid it by throwing clothes away and buying new ones.
I love to travel. My dream is to spend a month traveling across Europe.

What fun, Lisa! Guess what. I took a belly dancing course once. Don't laugh -- that was many, many years ago, and of course, many pounds ago. Yep, I had a flashy gold, dangly belt, with all those bangles on it and I shook 'it' with the best of 'em. I never quite learned the art of flipping a nickle over and over across my tummy. In fact, I really wasn't a very good belly dancer, but I sure did like the music. LOL
LOL!! You're my hero!
Skydiving? I've done that! Got a place just a couple miles from me. But then you know that. What I didn't know is that you wanted to do it. Come on. It's a piece of cake. Something you'll never forget. And you know what else? I'm almost sure your belly will do some dancing at some point along the way. (grin)
LOLOL!! Yeah, but flopping in a 300mph wind doesn't count.
Belly dancing? Skydiving? What's the matter with you people? They both sound hazardous to your health. Have you ever considered somthing safe like painting or scrapbooking? LOL
Sandra
Skydiving? No way, Janelle. I can't believe you've done that and I can't believe Lisa wants to try it. I want my feet on the ground. I'm with Sandra... scrapbooking sounds more fun.
LOL - I'm with you on the ironing! I hate it. In fact, I rarely iron ... so rarely, half my wardrobe is hanging up waiting to be ironed. Sigh. Guess I'm gonna have to do it one day.
